Privacy policy
Effective September 28, 2026
OpenSEO LittleBigFun is a private, self-hosted SEO workspace operated by LittleBigFun. This policy explains how its optional Google Search Console and Google Analytics connections handle data.
What we access
When you connect a Google account, OpenSEO receives OAuth credentials and read-only access to the Search Console sites or Analytics properties available to that account. It may retrieve Search Console search performance and site data, and Analytics property information and reports. OpenSEO does not request permission to modify those Google properties.
Why we use it
We use the data to display reports, analyze SEO performance, and answer requests made in the private workspace. Access is limited to the Google properties you choose to connect and to users authorized to enter the workspace.
Storage and access
OpenSEO stores connection credentials and workspace data on its self-hosted server. The server and its backups are access controlled. Cloudflare protects access to the private workspace and serves this public information site. Authorized integrations, including an MCP client, can retrieve selected report results when the operator invokes them; results used in a Codex workflow may be processed by OpenAI under that workflow's settings.
Retention and control
Connection data is kept while the integration is in use and may remain in rotating backups for a limited period. You can disconnect the integration in OpenSEO or revoke its access in your Google Account. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at [email protected].
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We use it only to provide the connected workspace features described here. Hosting, security, backup, and authorized agent services may process data as needed to operate those features.
Contact and changes
